           I don't think you should have a talk with her about it. She didn't afford you a present, but this doesn't
    mean she dislikes you. She may had a problem with money (or perhaps she was too busy) to buy a present
    for you. If she is nice to you, of course she is still your friend. Was it fun for you to make others happy by
    giving them presents? If the answer is yes, (I think you should) prepare a nice gift for her again.
