　　The first one is about drinking.Now you may not buy wine in this country if you are under 18 years of age,nor may your friends buy it for you.

　　The second one,noise.Enjoy yourselves by yourself,but don't make unnecessary noise,especially at night.We ask you to respect other people who may wish you be quiet.

　　The third one,crossing the road.Be careful.The traffic moves on the left side of the road in this country.Use pedestrian crossing (人行横道) and don't take any chances when crossing the road.

　　My next point is about rubbish.It isn't lawful to drop rubbish in the street.When you have something to throw away,please put it in your pocket and take it home,or put it in a dustbin.

　　Finally,smoking.It is against the law to buy cigarettes if you are less than 16 years of age.

　　I'd like to finish by saying that if you need any kinds of help,you should contact the police.They will be glad to help you.You can call,write or go to ask any policemen.

“Dream may be more important than sleep. We all need to dream,” some scientists say.

　　　Dream takes up(占据) about one quarter(四分之一) of our sleeping time. People have a few dreams each night. Dreams are like short films（电影）. They are usually in color. Some dreams are like old films. They come to us over and over again. That may be because the dreamer is worrying about something. Dreaming may be a way of trying to find an answer.

　　 Some people get new ideas about their work from dreams. They may think about their work all day. These thoughts can carry over into dreams.

　　 Sometimes we wake up with a good feeling from a dream. But often we can't remember the dream.

　　 Too much dreaming can be harmful(有害的). The more we sleep, the longer we dream. The mind is hard at work when we dream. That is why(……的原因) we may have a long sleep and still wake up tired.

　　Every winter the Indians caught beavers(河狸或称为海狸). They sold these beaver furs to men from France. In the 1600s and 1700s, people in France wanted beaver furs for coats and hats. Other countries wanted these furs, too. Wearing a beaver fur hat became a sign.It said,“Look at this man! This mad is rich!”

　　In the 1800s, men in this country began to wear beaver hats. They, too, wanted to wear the sign that said,“Look at those men! They are rich!”

　　Soon it was hard to find beavers. To get more beaver furs, traders had to move West. Traders began to explore this new country. They came back with wonderful stories about the new land. Before long,many people wanted to go West to live.

　　Where people go, towns grow. Soon there were new towns in the West. Men looking for beaver for fancy(珍贵的，昂贵的) hats helped the West grow.
