The Cat That Showed Up
Li Ping was the pet (宠物) cat of a young woman named Vivian. Vivian lived in Ohio. She decided to take a job in Florida. She could not take Li Ping with her right away, so she left the cat with her sister.
In a month, Vivian found a good place to live. She wrote to her sister and asked her to send Li Ping to Florida. Vivian missed her cat very much. She mailed the letter and went to visit a friend.
