放得下,才能拿得起
①后汉时,有一个叫孟敏的人。一天,他扛着瓦罐去集市,一不小心,瓦罐摔落在地,他头也没回,径直向前走去,旁观者无不奇怪。有人问他为什么不回头看看,孟敏说:“瓦罐从肩上掉下去肯定会摔碎,我看它又有何用。我前面还有更重要的事要做。”这个故事告诉我们:“放下”,是为了更好地“拿起”。
②前几天去医院看望一位生病的朋友,我让护士拿一支体温计来。护士答应后十多分钟却还不见身影,我不免有些生气,就按了床头的铃。护士来了。见其空着手,我更加恼火,就大声地呵斥护士。而朋友却始终哼着小曲,一副满不在意的样子说:“为了这样的小事生气,你的生活还会快乐吗?你管不住别人的错误,但是你管得住自己是否快乐。”我很佩服他这种心态。[甲]生活中,我们常常因为别人无意中的一个小错而大动肝火,不仅破坏了与他人的关系。也让自己陷入不快乐的境地。所以说放下别人的过错,有利于自己保持快乐。
③工作中,人们经常会出现分歧,我觉得放下一时的分歧,有利于获得最终的双赢。一次,在福特公司技术研究所内部,大家因汽车内燃机是采用“水冷”还是“气冷”而产生了分歧。“气冷”的支持者福特,与支持“水冷”的几位主要技术人员发生了激烈的争论。矛盾越来越深,几名主要技术人员甚至打算退出福特公司。后来,在副总经理的提醒下,福特认识到“水冷”的优势,也意识到[乙]于是同意他们搞“水冷”引擎的设想。最终几名技术人员开发出了更适合市场需求的产品,使公司产品销量大增,他们也因此成为了业界的佼佼者。    
④对于位高权重者来说,放下个人的恩怨与仇恨,有利于国家的发展。蔺相如“完璧归赵”保全了赵国的利益,“渑池相会”维护了赵王的尊严,因而被封为上卿,位居廉颇之上。廉颇居功自傲,屡次挑衅。蔺相如深知将相不和,赵国危矣![丙]因此对廉颇一让再让,终使廉颇幡然悔悟,与相如合力辅佐赵王,让赵国在战乱频仍之际仍能保有一席之地。李世民称帝后,面对曾经强烈反对过他的魏征,不计前嫌重用了他,并一再谅解他因直谏给自己带来的难堪,最终成就了中国历史上“贞观之治”的辉煌。蔺相如和唐太宗“放下”的是个人的面子,“拿起”的则是国家的前途!正是因为他们识大体、顾大局的“放下”,
才换来了朝臣一心、君臣和睦地致力于国事,最终成就了国家的安定与富强。
⑤“放得下”方能“拿得起”,我想告诉那些在做人做事方面“放不下”的人,当放则放,你的人生之路才会走得更远、更精彩!
