    　　How nice to hear from you again! I can know from your letters that you are feeling bad about your weight．You were once a slim girl．I' m sure you can succeed in losing weight if you want．

    　　From your letter, I know that you eat a lot of junk food, such as ice cream and chocolate．They taste good, of course, but they' re not good for your health．
