        A man once said how useless it was to put advertisements in newspapers. “Last week”， said the man ,“my umbrella was stolen (偷) from a London church. As it was a gift,I spent twice its worth (价值) in advertising,but I didn't get it back."

       “How did you write your advertisement?” asked one of the listeners,a merchant (商人) .
