The Story of My Life by Helen Keller is the most influential book in my life in that it conveys courage, and faith throughout the book. Keller was once in deep despair, but finally she overcame physical drawbacks and lived a happy life.

I have learned three lessons from her. First, the road to success is to face hardships. It is therefore important to be brave when courage is needed. Second, her disability did not prevent her from learning. It was her perseverance that helped her overcome many handicaps. Third, she advised us to make the most of our senses and observe the world more carefully.
