    A young man was leaning against the door of his house and eating his cakes slowly. Just then he saw an old man leading a donkey (驴) down the street. He was going to make fun of the old man. When the old man and his donkey were passing by his door, he said politely, “Hello, would you please have a cake if you are hungry?” “It’s very kind of you, but I have had my meal. Thank you all the same,” answered the old man. “Oh, no!” the young man waved his hand and said, “But I am speaking to the donkey, not to you.
