Frank is a Grade Five student. He is very fat. Now he is talking with his P.E. teacher, Mr Wang.

Mr Wang: Frank, what do you like to eat?

Frank: Chocolate, ice-cream, pork, beef and chicken. I eat a lot of them every day.

Frank: I like all kinds of ball games. I don't play any of them. I watch other people play them.

Mr Wang: Don't eat too much sweet food or meat. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. They're good for you. Have more exercise. Then you won't be so far. You'll be strong.
