Now many people are too busy to sleep. Ask most people what they need more besides(除了)money, the answer may be the word "sleep".
Most people need from seven to eight hours of sleep a day, but many only sleep for about six hours. It's bad for our health, like being sleepy all day. Although it sounds like an old story, people need their good rest. If people don' t get enough sleep, they are not going to look well. Many people don' t under-stand the idea of good sleep. It's not good to go to bed late and sleep on weekends. People must go to bed and get up at the same time every morning. And then they can fall asleep easily and have enough sleep. They can look well and have enough energy(能量) to study or work.
Not sleeping enough, people can also sleep more. Sleeping late on weekends can make people more tired because they are sleeping outside of their schedule(时间表). How much sleep people need is very different. While some people need 8 to 10 hours of sleep a night, others only need 5 hours.

Many smokers try to stop smoking but because of the addiction to nicotine they feel so uncomfortable that they often find it too difficult to do so .
Another reason is that people simply enjoy smoking. Having a cigarette for many people means taking a break. For some people
smoking becomes part of certain social rituals (礼仪), for example, sending the cigarette after dinner. Many people enjoy smoking because it gives them something to do with their hands. Reaching for a cigarette, lighting it and flicking (弹掉) the ashes are special comfort in a situation where they feel nervous.
Many people also like the taste of tar (焦油) in cigarettes. However, it is the tar that causes cancer. While governments and health experts have tried to
get people to give up smoking completely, cigarette manufacturers (生产商) have tried to keep selling them by producing cigarettes with less tar. Many people in western countries have welcomed these cigarettes since they found it hard to stop smoking and wanted to reduce the danger to their health.

When you decide what kind of mushrooms you want to grow, you can start getting ready to plant the mushrooms. Sometimes you may want to hire some workers to help if you have a large mushroom farm, or if you are trying to start a professional mushroom growing business. Trying to have a business by yourself can be stressful. If you don’t have enough time to spend taking care of everything yourself, some helpers may be the best choice.
