Dear Jane,

I’m not happy after I arrived in London. First my English is not good enough to completely understand native English speakers. So I get some pimples on my face, they look terrible. Then I’m a little shy. And I’m afraid to talk with my host families. I don’t know what to do. As a result, I can’t sleep well every night and feel sleepy every day. In a word, I haven’t got used to the life here. What should I do? If you were me, how would you deal with all the troubles here? Please write soon.

　　All the best for you!

Yours,

Anne
