    Last spring I was walking in a park. A mother and her three-year-old daughter were walking in front of me. The little girl was carrying a balloon.

    Suddenly, a strong wind blew the balloon away. I thought she would be crying.

    But she didn't. As the little girl turned watching the balloon flying away. she happily shouted out, "Wow!"

    I didn't realize（意识n到） it at that moment, but that little girl taught me something.

    Later that day, I got a phone call from a friend with news of an unexpected problem (问题). I felt like saying, "Oh, no, what should we do?" But, remembering that little girl, I found myself saying, "Wow, that's interesting! How can I help you?"
