Are red-yolk eggs healthier?

Maybe not. In China, they may even have come to represent a (1)     danger-cancer.

Last month, a CCTV programme (2)      that some red-yolk duck eggs from Hebei in Beijing markets contained Sudan IV (苏丹红四号). Sudan IV is a dye (染料) that may give people cancer if eaten.

Beijing’s food safety office soon found 1,159 kilograms of dyed eggs. They were produced
