    阅读下列短文，根据要求完成任务。

    Two farmers were on their way home one evening after a hard day's work. Both were tired. They happened to look up at the sky and saw a black cloud overhead.

    "Ah!" said one farmer, "tomorrow we shall have rain and the rice will grow well." The second answered, "Nonsense (胡说), the rain will only kill the crops (庄稼)."

    So they began to quarrel (争吵). Just then a third farmer came along and asked them why they were quarreling. Both farmers explained about the black cloud.

    "What cloud?" asked the third farmer. They all looked at the sky. The cloud was no longer there.

    problem. Our neighbor, Mrs. White, wants Sandy to look after her pet dog for one week. Sandy really
    wants to do it, but I'm worried. She's too young and inexperienced. Well, I will never be able to relax
    knowing she is all alone with a dog. I've tried to explain my feelings to her, but she won't listen. She
    keeps telling me that the Whites live very near, so she can ask for help. She insists that Mrs. White
    won't ask her to look after her pet dog if she doesn't think Sandy is old enough. She says I'm
    "babying" her and I hate to see her mad at me. What should I do?
