It is the year 2050 now. Tom and I want to visit the Mars. It is a planet (行星) far away from our planet---the Earth.
Our spaceship (太空船) flew fortwo weeks to get to the Mars. When we arrived, we opened the door of the spaceship and looked out. The weather there was sunny and hot. We saw an alien (外星人) behind a tree. He is very tall and big and has brown hair.“Help me!” shouted the alien.Then we saw some monsters (怪兽) running after another alien from the house near a tree. They wanted to kill him. So we had to run away quickly!We both moved to the spaceship and jumped in. We also took the alien into our spaceship and saved him. What an exciting day!

In today’s society , every day we may face some kinds of stress and difficulties from work、school or family. They can influence both our bodies and our minds. So learning how to deal with stress is very important for keeping healthy. Well, how do we reduce stress. In my opinion , the best ways are exercise and to make contact with nature(亲近自然).
For example, we don’t have to go to a gym or spend much money on exercise fact, walking or riding to work are all suitable for exercise.
