    12．Tips for Travelers to Tibet
    The railroad to Tibet is open to tourists since July 1st，2006．If you plan to travel in Tibet，the following tips are necessary for you．
    *Drink plenty of water （3-4letres daily at least）．It will help your body deal with the attitude（海拔）．
    *Those who have a record of heart，lungs（肺） and other organ（器官） problem or anemia （贫血）should take a doctor's advice before visiting Tibet．

    3．Is it a tree？Is it a bear？If you're looking at a tree in the shape of a bear，it's a topiary （林木雕塑）．A topiary is a tree or bush （灌木） that is trained into a shape．Growing a topiary garden takes both time and skills．
