    Taylor Alison Swift was born on December 13, 1989. She is an American singer and song-writer. At the age of 14, Swift moved to Tennessee to pursue(从事) a career(生涯) in country music. "Our Song", her third single（单曲）， made her the youngest country music star. She also received a Best New Artist nomination at the 2008 Grammy Awards.

    Her next album, Fearless, was released（发行） in 2008.With the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", Fearless became the best-selling album of 2009 in the U.S. Swift's third album, 2010's Speak Now, sold over one million copies within the first week. In 2012, Swift released her next album, Red, which sold over one million copies in its first week. Her newest album,1989, was released in 2014.     Swift is known for writing songs about her personal experiences. Today, she has sold over 30 million albums and 80 million digital single downloads. Swift has also appeared as an actress in the comedy Valentines Day. She gives away money to support arts education, natural disaster relief and charities for sick children.
