Audio tours
Free audio tours are available on leaving the Admission Centre at the start of your visit．There is a descriptive audio tour for blind and poor-sighted visitors．
Guided tours
Visitors can explore the history of the Castle through a tour of the Precincts with an expert guide．Tours depart at regular intervals throughout the day from the Courtyard and finish at the entrance to the State Apartments．
Visitors with children
For those visiting with children，a special family tour and various activities are offered during school holidays and at weekends．Please note that，for safety reasons，pushchairs are not permitted in the State Apartments．However，baby carriers are available to borrow．
St George's Chapel
Visitors arriving at the Castle after 15：00from March to October are advised to visit St George's Chapel first before it closes．
Shopping
Shops offer a wide range of souvenirs designed for the Royal Collection，including books，postcards，china，jewellery，and children's toys．Please ask at the Middle Ward shop about our home delivery service．
Refreshments
Bottled water can be purchased from the Courtyard and Middle Ward shops．From April to September ice cream is also available．Visitors wishing to leave the Castle for refreshments in the town may obtain re-entry permits from the castle shops．Eating and drinking are not permitted in the State Apartments or St George's Chapel．
Photography and mobile phones
Non-commercial photography and filming are welcomed in the Castle．Photography，video recording and filming are not permitted inside the State Apartments or St George's Chapel．Mobile phone must be switched off inside the State Apartments and St George's Chapel in consideration of other visitors．
Security
As Winter Castle is a working royal palace，visitors and their belongings should get through airport style security checks．For safety and security reasons a one-way system operates along the visitor route．

"I've experienced roommate conflicts between interracial students that have both broken down stereotypes and reinforced stereotypes，"said one Penn resident advisor （RA）．The RA of two years added that while some conflicts"provided more multicultural acceptance and melding （融合），"there were also"jarring cultural confrontations．"
The RA said that these conflicts have also occurred among roommates of the same race．
Kao said she cautions against forming any generalizations based on any one of the studies，noting that more background characteristics of the students need to be studies and explained．

Obviously it would be even better for the environment if everyone just stopped smoking，but the statistics show that although there has been an increase in anti-smoking ads and messaging，between 2000 and 2014，global sales of cigarettes increased by 8 percent，and a whole lot of those cigarette ends are ending up as trash．Since most of our litter eventually ends up in waterways，cigarette ends can surely pollute the surrounding environment．"It only takes a single cigarette end to pollute a liter of water，"TerraCycle founder，Tom Szaky，said．"Animals can also mistake littered cigarette ends for food．"
So how do you go about turning all those poisonous ends into something useful？TerraCycle does this by first breaking them down into separate parts．They mix the remaining materials，such as the tobacco and the paper，with other kinds of rubbish，and use it on non-agricultural land，such as golf courses．The filters （过滤嘴） are a little harder．To recycle these，TerraCycle first makes them clean and cuts them into small pieces，and then combines them with other recycled materials，making them into liquid for industrial plastic products．
They're now also expanding their recycling offerings to the rest of the 80 percent of household waste that currently can't be recycled，such as chocolate packaging，pens，and mobile phones．The goal is to use the latest research to find a way to stop so much waste ending up in landfill （垃圾填埋），and then get companies to provide money for the process．And so far，it's working．

I hear that many people in your country are suggesting Britain's education system should follow China's after a BBC documentary，which reported a 4-week experiment ending up with Chinese teaching methods defeating British ones．．It is said you are collecting opinions from Chinese students．The following is my view．
