    短文改错 
       下列短文中共有10处语言错误，请在有错误的地方增加、删除或修改某个单词。
       增加：在缺词处加出加一个漏字（^），并在其下面写上该加的词。
       删除：把多余的词用斜线（\）划掉。
       修改：在错的词下划一横线，并在该词下面写上修改后的词。
       注意：
             1. 每处错误及其修改均仅限一词；
              2. 只允许修改10处，多者(从第11处起)不计分。
         High school for me is a door to the wider world. I used to being a dumb English learner.
    Therefore, I became a brave English speaker after I attended a Christmas party, that was
    organized by my foreign teacher Edward. At the party, Edward encouraged me to talk Chinese
    traditions during the Spring Festival and he shared with me the British custom about Christmas. It
    was the first time that I have ever talked with a foreigner for so long. The party was fun, filling with
    games and talks, but most significant I realized that my oral English was not so  bad. Recently, a
    victory in an English speaking competition even won him the opportunity of a trip abroad.

    　　Last weekend I went to the Summer Palace as usually．At about noon, I was enjoying my reading near a lake while suddenly I hear someone crying for help．I went to see that was happening．I was shocking to find a little child struggling in the water in the distance while many people were standing by without doing anything．Without any hesitation, I had pushed through the crowd as I took off my coat, but jumped into the water quickly．I managed to reach him and carried him back to safety．To his great relief, the kid was saved．

    　　I was proud what I had done．I hope everyone can give a hand when someone else in need．

    Air travel has three advantage over train travel．First, it can save much time．We can fly from one place to other in a short time, but by train we had to spend more time．Second, air travel is more comfortably because the plane flies so smoothly that we can have a good rest during the trip．Third, the train is crowding sometimes and passengers have to sit for a long time, that makes them tired．But train travel also has it’s own advantages．For an example, traveling by train cost only a little money．Besides this, we can enjoy the view out the windows．
