Dorothy Basils Thompson, 46, stepped in a conference room in her Hollywood's Raleith Studio. "People expect you not to succeed," the former TV commercial producer said to eight men in their twenties. "But I'm going to teach you how to be great! By the time I finish, you're going to be better trained than any of those film school kids."
