　　For quite a long time in Europe , there had been an anti-Jewish tendency (反犹太人倾向), because those early Christians (基督教徒) believed that it was the Jews who stuck Jesus (耶稣) onto the Cross.

　　A special lab at the university of Chicago is busy only at night. It is a dream lab where researchers are at work studying dreamers. Their findings have shown that everyone dreams from three to seven times a night. 　　As late as 1800, women's only place was in the home. The idea of women in the business world was unthinkable. Men were certain that no woman could do a good job outside her home. This was such a widely accepted idea that when the well-known Bronte sisters began writing books in 1846, they had to sign their books with men's names instead.
