    The best tool you can use in communicating with parents is to keep talking to them, no matter what. Strong relationship (关系) depend heavily on keeping the lines of communication open. To many parents, it seems easier to step in and take control simply because they believe their years of experience put them in a better position to make decisions.     　　Do you feel a little sleepy after lunch? Well, that’s normal．Your body naturally slows down then．What should you do about it? Don’t reach for a coffee! Instead, take a nap．

    You can be proud of yourselves, even if you can only make one or two of these green changes. The goal here is to limit carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases, which are closely connected to the big problem of global-warming (全球变暖).
