Scientists have always wanted to know more about the other world in the space.

Years ago they knew a lot about the moon, They knew how big it is and how far away it is from the earth. But they wanted to know more about it. They thought and thought. At last they found the only way to send men to the moon.

But something can fly even when there is no air. That is rocket. Rockets can fly out into space. Rockets with men in them have already reached the moon.
