    (完型填空)

    Long long ago, there was a good and honest man, whose name was Yohyo. He lived in a small village and worked (1) a wood cutter（打柴人）.

    One cold day in winter, when deep snow (2) the ground, Yohyo was returning home (3) his work in the forest.     “You poor thing!” he cried, “Come, let me help you. If you stay out here in the snow, you will die.”
