I have twin brothers, Tim and Tom.They look the same and a lot of people don't know which twin is which. They both have brown hair and blue eyes, and they always wear jeans and T-shirts.

They like wearing the same things, and they like doing the same things, too.For example, they both like pop music, football and computers. They go to a football match every Saturday. They'd like to play computer games every night, but our mother says they can't because they have a lot of homework.

They are twins, but they aren't the same in every way.For example, Tim works hard at school, but Tom doesn't.

Easter Sunday, which falls on April 4th this year, dates back nearly 2,000 years. It is celebrated by hundreds of millions of people around the world. For my family, it is considered the greatest holiday of the year.

Every Easter my brothers and I would wake up early and, like Christmas morning, run downstairs to see what surprises were waiting for us.We were always excited when the Easter Bunny(兔子), who is like Father Christmas, came and left us a basket of candy. It’s wonderful. It is like there is a miracle every Easter morning.

Our mother, however, would not let us eat the chocolates like we wanted. The chocolate bunnies, and candy eggs would have to wait.Instead, we would have to get dressed in our new clothes.

After dinner my cousins, brothers and I would go outside. While we were sleeping the night before, our parents had hidden plastic eggs throughout the back yard.We would always have a contest to see who could find the most eggs. The winner would get a prize. It was our annual Easter Egg Hunt.Sometimes, in summer, we would discover an egg we missed on Easter.

Jane was a nurse. When she came to our house with some beautiful flowers in her hand, she smiled and said, “I’m here to help your mother to get well and to cook meals for you. I think we’re going to have a good time together.”

She looked older to us though her age was about the same as our mother’s. She was not pretty. But she was kind and good. Then she gave us a good meal. After our mother became ill, we never ate such a good one. My brothers and I liked her before we finished the meal.

Some students, parents and teachers in Shanghai were surveyed last month. According to the result of the survey, the generation gap (代沟) between students and parents as well as teachers is becoming wider. Here is what they said.
Voice of the students:
“Our parents hold too high expectations(期望)which put us under lots of pressure. They care too much about our lives and studies,” one student said.
“It’s impolite that some students’ parents read their children’s diaries without permission!” one student said angrily.
“Some of our teachers are so serious that we can’t make friends with them at all,” another student said sadly.
Voice of the parents:
One mother said, “After school, my daughter usually locks herself into her room and spends lots of time talking with others on the phone. And I can’t stand(忍受) her clothes and hairstyle!”
“I thought my son was doing very well in his studies. I didn’t realize I was being cheated by him until I got a call from his teacher,” said a father.
Voice of the teachers:
An English teacher said, “Today, the role of the teacher is to put knowledge into students’ brain. The power (权力) teachers have kept students away from them.”
“Some parents pay too much attention to their children’s grades instead of creating a lively and colorful environment at home,” another teacher said.
“In the past, teachers and students often played games together or talked with each other. Today, only studies and grades are talked about,” said a teacher. “A school should be a place where students can learn not only knowledge, but also how to face failure and frustration(挫折) bravely enough.”
