Beijing, April 27—The Beijing 2008 Olympic Torch Relay will cover the greatest area and include the largest number of people. The plans were announced on Thursday night. The planned route would last  130 days and travel 137 000 km.

Last Thursday, a young woman saved an elderly man from a burning house on Garden Road. The young woman’s name is Kitty and she works in a clothes shop. It was reported that a fire broke out in a tall building in Beijing on Thursday afternoon. No one was killed in the fire. The building, which caught fire, is near the three-tower shopping and office complex(综合体) named Xihuan Plaza. One of the three towers was in heavy smoke because of the polyfoam（泡沫塑料）outside. The fire was put out at about 3:34 pm, 16 minutes after the firemen received alarms（报警）.
