  Will it matter if you don't take your breakfast? A short time ago, a test was given in the United States. People of different ages, from twelve to eighty-three, were asked to have a test. During the test, these people were given all kinds of breakfast, and sometimes they got no breakfast at all.      A car needs gas to run and your body also needs food to work for you. Eating the right kind of food
is very important. It can keep your body strong, so take care of what you eat.
     There are four main food groups altogether. The dairy product (乳制品) group has food like milk,
