I am a person who can get angry easily. But since I read an article    1  by my English teacher, things have changed a lot. I’m    2  at a boarding (寄宿的) school. So I  3  learn not only how to study well, but also how to   4  with others. Some of us are outgoing  5 others are quiet. It is   6   that people have problems and arguments. So how can we be tolerant（宽容的，容忍的）? Smiling   7 others is the easiest way. Another way is  8  if your ideas are reasonable (有道理的) and right   9  having an argument. If others’ ideas are really not good, keep an open mind. Try 10  them.   11  a friend is much better than having an enemy after all. Also   12  point out other’s mistakes in public. This will make people lose   13  and get angry. If you really want to help, send a letter instead. On the other hand, if    14  points out your disadvantages, don’t be angry. Once there were two crows (乌鸦)whose opinions(观点) were always opposite.
One day, one of the crows said to the other, “ You should realize, of course, that I can fly much higher than you.”
“ Don’t be ridiculous (荒谬的).” the other crow said. “ Everyone knows that I can fly much higher than you.”
“No, you can’t” the first crow said.
“Yes, I can” the second crow replied, and the argument went on and on.
At last they decided to have a contest to solve the argument.
“ We will compete to find out who can fly higher while carrying a bag” the first crow said.
They argued for some time because of the size of the bag, but at last came to an agreement.
Then there was a further argument about what each bag would be filled with. Finally, they agreed that the first crow would fill his bag with cotton and the second crow would fill his with salt.
The first crow thought he was clever to agree to this, because salt is much heavier than cotton. At last they were ready for the contest. Holding their bag in their mouths, they flew into the sky.
They had not been flying for long. However, when it began to rain- as the second crow had expected it would. Can you guess who could fly higher?

When I was in primary school，I got into a major(主要的) argument with a boy in my class. I can't   1  what it was about，but I have never forgotten the   2  I learned that day.

I was sure that I was right and he was wrong－and he strongly believed that I was wrong and he was right. The   3  decided to teach us a very important lesson. My teacher taught me a very important lesson that day：You must stand in the other person's shoes and look at the situation through their eyes in order to truly understand their view.
