  An old carpenter(木匠)was ready to stop working.He told his boss about his plan to leave to enjoy his rest years with his family.He would miss the money each week, but he wanted to retire.He had enough money to live on.

  The boss was sorry to see his good worker go and asked if he could build just one more house.The carpenter said “yes”, but his heart was not in his work.

  When the carpenter finished his work, his boss came to look at the house.Then he handed the key to the carpenter and said, “ This is your house-my gift to you.”
