I was so excited after I had found the holiday in the guidebook. I have been trying to get sick．I don't wear a sweater when I should，and two days ago I walked in the rain without my boots and my feet got wet．But so far nothing has happened．Debbie once told me about a girl who liked to stay overnight in the infirmary（医务室）．She used to rub（摩擦）the end of the clinical thermometer（体温计）until it went up to 102．Then she'd stick it in her mouth and the nurse there would think she was really sick．
