 When Elizabeth Kenny was a little girl, she fell off a horse and hurt her arm. Mrs. Kenny took her to a doctor in Toowoomba, Queensland. I can still remember the first day when I met my best friend. I hid behind my mother and she hid behind her grandmother,   36  to look at each other.
