　　Jeremy Fox, a retired businessman in a small city in England, recently bought an old farmhouse with a yard and a small field, about five miles out of the town. There he planned to lead a simple life with his wife, Amelia.

　　The story of how the song “Happy Birthday to You”came into being, began as a sweet one, which later soured. Two sisters, Mildred Hill, a teacher at the Louisville, Kentucky Experimental Kinder-garten（幼儿园）, and Dr Patty Hill, the principal（院长，负责人）of the same school, together wrote a song for the children, entitled “Good Morning to All”.
