     OK, I will tell you about our school. It is not big and there are two classrooms. How many students
do we have? Only ten.  We usually go to school from Monday to Friday. We like holidays because we
don't go to school on holidays.  We usually have three classes in the morning and two classes in the
afternoon.  We usually-have reading, writing and math.  We don't have music because we don't have
music teacher in our school. Sometimes we have P. E.  class but not always:  We like P. E. class
because we can play games !

     To be tall and strong is a dream for a lot of teenage boys, Mike is no different. One day, Mike

asked sadly.
     "Being healthy is more important. "Mike's father said.
     Mike's father was right. No special medicine can make you taller and stronger.    First, Mike
should eat three meals a day. He must eat more fruits and vegetables. Also. he should never skip
breakfast. Exercise is important, too. Mike should try to do exercise every day.
