Fouad sits in the cafe, listening to the sad music playing on an old tape recorder. The song seems to go on forever. Fouad thinks it”s 26 , but he doesn”t want to hear it now. It”s too sad for him. It makes him 27 of his uncle in Egypt who he hasn”t seen for many years now.
