Dear Grace,
It is naturally that you don’t feel happy when you failed the mid-term examination. Though you failed the exam two months ago, you should have confidence in yourselves and felt relaxed so that you can do better in the coming exams. The reason why you feel too tiring to study may be because you are not confident. What you must do now are to organize your time well and be sure of yourself. Don’t work too late or too hardly. In this way you are more likely to get tired. If you miss your good days with your classmates, talking to your classmates about your worries. I’m sure they are willing to help me out no matter how busy they are.

有的学校在向学生发放练习册时，总是将后面的答案和解释部分撕掉。这种做法是否符合学生的意愿？学生会就此进行了问卷调查。调查结果显示，大多数（73.3%）同学反对这种做法，近五分之一（18.6%）的同学赞同这种做法，其余同学的态度则是“随便”。不少同学发表了自己的看法（见下表）。请你根据提供的信息写一篇短文，并简述你自己的观点。

假如你是武汉某中学高中学生李华，英国一所中学将于下周一、周二组织学生来你校开展交流活动。期间，John Smith将借住你家。请你代表全家写信给John，欢迎他的到来。并告知有关活动安排。信的内容要点如下：
