Many of you love pop music, but what about classical music composed by people like Mozart and Tchaikovsky? You may have heard those two names before. They were great musicians from Austria and Russia.
The Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra(上海爱乐乐团) wants to help young people find out more about classical music. They are going to hold one concert every month.
“If kids make friends with classical music they will get a lot out of it,” said Chen Zuohuang, from the Shanghai Philharmonic.

Luo Huili, 15, is from Shanghai Weiyu Middle School. She said it’s a fun way of learning.
“They say something, and then play a piece of music, ” she said.
Luo found it is not like pop music. “I just feel very relaxed when I listen to pop songs. They are just for fun, ” she said. “ But as for classical music, I will try to put all my heart into it. Then I can really enjoy it. ”
