Step 4 Practice Change to other stationery and make the dialogues, lead to some new words. Ask students to repeat: pencil, pen, book, eraser, ruler, pencil, pencil case, backpack, pencil sharpener, dictionary. Then ask students to match the words and objects in the picture. Check the answer. Then ask some pairs to practice the dialogue in font of the class. Step 5 Listening Listen to the tape on Page 7, Activity 1b. Then practice the conversations above.
