    学做苹果蛋糕

    　　I love this recipe because it's not so spicy(辛辣). Most Apple Cake recipes seem to have a lot of other spicies in them. I have even cut this recipe in half and made it in my bread machine! It makes wonderful apple bread, too.

    　　INGKEDIEIVTS(原料)

    　　2 cups of sugar
    1 stick of margarine
    　　2 eggs
    1 teaspoon of vanilla(香草) extract
    　　4 apples
    2 cups of flour
    　　1 teaspoon of baking soda
    I teaspoon of cinnamon
    　　1 teaspoon of nutmeg(肉豆寇)
    1/2 cup of chopped pecans(美洲山核桃果)
