  Randy couldn’t wait to get to school. It was Mrs. Anderson’s birthday, and she promised the class a special treat to help her celebrate. Randy knew that Mrs. Anderson was a great baker. She always made the most delicious cakes and cookies for the school bake sales. Randy’s mouth __27__ as he walked into the room and took his seat.
