　　Black lived in a big city．He was fat and unhealthy．He ate a lot and never took exercise．While his friend, Ann，lived in the countryside．She was thin and healthy．She worked in her garden every day．

　　One day Black went to visit Ann．He arrived at her house in the afternoon．

　　“I’m very tired and hungry，” said Black．“I want to have a big dinner．I want some hamburgers, some French fries and some ice cream!”?

　　“Black, I don’t eat them in my house．They are unhealthy．I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables as well as some rice and bread．So I will give you some healthy food，”said Ann．“You need to take exercise．Come and work in my garden after dinner．”

　　Black stayed with Ann for a few weeks．He ate a lot of rice,fruit and vegetables．He worked in Ann’s garden every day．When he left the countryside, he became quite thin and healthy!

　　In making a bowl of fruit ice cream，you will need：a cup of yogurt and honey, two cups of milk, two teaspoons of sugar and lemon juice，some apple sauce and cheese，one small watermelon．

　　The procedure(过程)of making super fruit ice cream：

　　Peel the watermelon．Cut it up．

　　Step　2

　　Heat the milk．Add the sugar to it．Cool it．

　　Pour the yogurt，lemon juice and honey into a bowl．Mix them up．

　　Put the apple sauce and cheese into the blender．Turn on the blender．
