（一）美调运巨弹准备伊朗战争（12分）
一条来自苏格兰的独家消息本周点燃了世界对“第一次美伊战争”的狂想。这条爆炸性消息称，美军已将387枚“掩体粉碎机”智能炸弹秘密运往其位于印度洋的迪戈加西亚基地，这些炸弹的目标很可能是伊朗的地下核设施。发布消息的苏格兰《星期日先驱报》称，美国已做好在数小时内摧毁1万个伊朗目标的准备，一场对伊朗的彻底摧毁正在加速酝酿之中。
　　对于这条消息，美国官方没有证实或否认，奥巴马周三最新表态说，要对伊朗实施“有侵略性的制裁”，但这位已被罩上诺贝尔和平奖光环的总统真有勇气按下启动战争的按钮吗?确信这一点的媒体说，迪戈加西亚是美国在印度洋上永不沉没的航母，以往两次对伊拉克作战美国轰炸机都是从那里起飞开赴战场，美国这回“真要动手了”。一些俄罗斯专家则认为，美国承受不起对伊朗开战的代价，最多只是唬唬人。
　　《星期日先驱报》“独家消息”称，美国政府今年1月已同一家佛罗里达船运公司签署价值69.95万美元的合同，向位于印度洋的迪戈加西亚岛运送10集装箱军火。美国海军网站上贴出的合同清单显示，这批军火中包括195枚BLU-110和192枚BLU一117重型智能炸弹，这两种被称为“掩体粉碎机”的巨型钻地炸弹专门被用来摧毁坚固的地下建筑，而这些炸弹“最终的目的地”很可能是伊朗。伦敦大学国际研究和外交中心主任丹·皮莱士说，美军显然正在为摧毁伊朗作准备，这些炸弹能在几小时内摧毁1万个伊朗目标。
　　路透社上个月曾报道说，五角大楼正努力加快超大型钻地炸弹的部署速度，其中BLU一110能携5300磅重的爆炸物，其爆炸产生的威力是其前身BLU-109的10倍，而BLU一117也是美国海军最先进的改进型钻地炸弹。
　　这些太炸弹被部署到印度洋令一些西方学者感到不安。苏格兰核裁军运动主席阿兰·麦金农表示，美国此举“很明显是在敲响对伊开战的战鼓，美国国务卿希拉里最近对伊朗的威胁言论与2003年伊拉克战争之前我们听到的言辞像极了”。
