  Dragon Boat Festival , also called Duanwu Festival, is celebrated on lunar(农历) May 5^th. For thousands of years, the festival has been celebrated by eating Zong Zi and racing dragon boats. People hold the dragon boat races in memory of Qu Yuan, one of the greatest poets （诗人）in China. Qu Yuan was born in Zigui of Hubei Province over 2200 years ago. QuYuan was an honest person of the state of Chu, during the Warring States Period(475—221BC).He was upright(正直的)and wise.He wanted to bring his country peace and make the state stronger, but the country was in the hands of bad people, so he failed. At last, he was very disappointed .He ended his life by throwing himself into the Miluo River. It was said that people jumped from boats into the river and tried to save him . But it was too late. Also, they were very sad . They threw rice into the water to feed the dragons in the river. They hoped that the dragons would eat ZongZi instead of  the poet’s body. Now we often read his poem Li Sao which is filled with deep love for his country. We can see the dragon boat races and had a kind of Chinese food named Zongzi during the Dragon Boat Festival.

　　Make lessons interesting, well, it is easy to say but far more difficult to make it happen. What are the standard of the something that people call“interesting”? First of all this book/film/lesson/should not be obvious or predictable. An dement of surprise should be present. Secondly we should have the feeling that we're not wasting our time, And last but not least：it should involve all our senses and our imagination and be pleasant.

　　I used to go to an English school where all lessons looked the same. Our teacher was too conservative to change the mode of teaching; moreover, he could not stand any form of criticism. We used to do a few grammar exercises, then we checked them, then he read one chapter from his favorite book-“Biography of Roald Dahl”and then we repeated all activities from the beginning.
