Hello, I’m Vladislav. For my summer holidays, I usually stay in a country house near Moscow.

Last summer, my dad’s brother gave me a present — a blue bike. At that time I couldn’t ride it very well.

One day I got into an accident. But don’t worry, everything was OK, just some “little” injuries.

That day, I tried to ride my bike and suddenly it began to move very fast. I couldn’t stop the bike. So I fell into a ditch (沟) full of dirty water. When I thought I had had enough bad luck, a girl walked by. She saw the bike and me. I quickly stood up.

A jobless man wanted very much to have the position of “office boy” at Microsoft. Mr Smith was ill and he went to see a doctor． The doctor asked  him to put out his tongue（舌头）， and then he said， “OK， You can put your tongue back now． There’s nothing wrong with you， but I’m afraid you have a problem． You hardly ever take exercise．”

A farmer had a cow. He took very good care of this cow and one day when it was ill, he was very worried. He telephoned the vet.　“What’s the problem?” The vet asked him when he arrived.

　　“My cow's ill,” the farmer said. “I don’t know what's the matter with her. She’s lying down and won’t eat. She's making a strange noise.”
