A Cheap Parking

　　A man walked into a bank and asked to see the manager. Shown into the gentleman's office, he asked if he could have a loan(贷款) . When I was walking down the street one day, I found a small bag on the ground. I picked it up and opened it to see if I could find out the owner’s name.
