         Do you get nervous as your teacher hands out the test papers? If so, you are not alone. (1). A lot of
    people become very nervous when it's time to take a test.     It's natural to feel some stress about taking
    tests. Here are some tips for taking tests.
        Be sure you've studied well. That will help you feel sure about your answers in the test. (2). 考试之前睡眠要充足。 Your memory will be much better if you've had enough rest. In a scientific study, people

    idea to spend any extra time checking over your work.

    No computers at home? Cameras are too expensive? No worries! You can do the easiest kind of animations(动画)!You’ll need two pieces of paper, pencil, colours, a string, paper clips and glue．Steps：

    1．Start with two pieces of white paper of the same size．Don’t use thick paper．

    2．Pick your favorite animal, say, a happy rabbit．Think of its two continuous actions．

    3．Draw the first action on one piece of paper and colour it．

    4．Put the drawing under the other piece of paper．Fix them with clips on the top．

    5．Finish the second action on the paper above．Then colour it．Make sure that the two rabbits are in the same place on both papers．

    6．Glue the papers back to back, with the string between them．

    7．Spin the string quickly．What do you see now? A rabbit is moving, reaching out its arms and saying “hello”．

    One of the most famous scientists to study adaptations (适应能力) was Charles Darwin (达尔文). He was born in England in 1809. He wasn't the best student in his school, but when he was 16, his father sent him to a medical school. Charles liked spending time outdoors observing (观察) nature more than attending medical classes and dropped out(辍学) without graduating.
