  Beijing's hotel industry is gearing up(快速发展)to serve the 2008 Olympic Games. Seven five-star hotels signed an Olympic Lodging(住宿)Agreement with Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2008 Olympic Games(BOCOG).

  Olympia, a beautiful small town in the south of Greece, is well-known all over the world for its first holding Olympic Games in 776 BC.

  Every summer many people, girls and women as well as boys and men try to swim from England to France or from France to England. The distance at the nearest point is only about 20 miles but because of the strong tides(海浪)the distance that must be swum is usually more than twice as far.
