阅读理解: 阅读下面短文, 根据短文内容, 选择最佳选项. Soon computer and other machines will be able to remember you by looking at your eyes! The program works because everyone's eyes are different. So in the future you won't have to remember a number when you want to use a machine or take money out of a bank. You'll just have to look at the machine and it will be able to tell who you are. The eye-recognition(眼睛识别) program is already being tested in shops and banks in the USA, Britain, Spain, Italy and Turkey. Soon this technology will take the place of all other ways of finding out who people are. However scientists are working on other systems. Machines will soon be able to know you from the shape of your face or hand or even your smell! We already have machines that can tell who you are from your voice or the mark made by your finger. Eye-recognition is better than other kinds because your eyes don't change as you get older, or get dirty like hands or fingers. And even twins have different eyes, so the program can be up to 94% correct, depending on how good the technology is. Some programs may only be right 51% of the time. In Britain, it was found that 91% of people who had tried it said that they liked the idea of eye-recognition. In the future your computer will be looking you on the eye. So smile!

Reading comprehension.

Salvador Dali was one of the most interesting and unusual painters of all time. He was born in Spain in 1904 and began painting when he was a child. His mother gave him a room in the family home to paint in.

In 1021 he went to study at the San Fernando Royal Academy of Fine Arts(法南多皇家美术学院). He quickly made friends with other painters there. He did very well at the Academy. However, most people didn't remember his paintings; they remembered his strange clothes and ways.

While he was there, he read a famous book about dreams by Sigmund Freud. Freud said that dreams were very important in our lives. After reading this book, Dali painted strange pictures that looked like dreams. They often showed empty deserts with unusual things in them--like melting watches and faces.

Dali did not only paint pictures. He made clothes and shot movies as well. He also drew pictures for books and made jewels. He loved people watching him. He was always doing unusual things outside his house. People came and watched him. Once he made an egg as big as a man, and put liquid into it. When he opened it, the red liquid, looked like blood, came out of it. Dali said this meant the beginning of life.

Dali was still painting when he was 80. He was so famous that people bought his paintings. He died in 1989.

(3) At the Academy most people didn't remember his pictures, but they remembered his unusual behavior instead.
