Years ago, I worked in an office in Halifax. We had large windows overlooking a busy street. I stood by one of them. When a woman in a passing car __36__and made eye contact, naturally, I __37__.

It’s just a small, white envelope stuck among the branches of our Christmas tree, No name，no identification（身份证）．It has been on our tree for the past 10 years or so．It all  1   because my husband Mike  2  Christmas--oh，not the true  3  of Christmas，but the commercial（商业的）aspects of it--  4  ，to get a tie for Uncle Harry and the dusting powder for Grandma．
