Jackie Chan was born on April 7th．1954，in Hong Kong，China．His parents left the mainland of China for Hong Kong a short time before he was born．His parents named him“Chen Gangsheng”．which means “born in Hong Kong”．They wanted to celebrate the safe trip to Hong Kong．
