Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m writing to complain about the wildlife safari trip…that I had during my stay in Australia, I regret to inform you that I didn’t enjoy the trip very much.

First of all ,the coach which we traveled by is hardly modern ,but you said it was a luxury air-conditioned one .Secondly, the coach was one and a half hours late. I even missed the dinner. Thirdly, we actually had a guide as you had promised ,but nobody could hear her to make matters worse, the guided rainforest turned out to be a march. I had not time to enjoy it. Regarding the tropical lunch, we ate Sandwiches instead. In addition, the binoculars you supplied for bird-watching were not enough for everyone. So I hope that you will consider my advice and give half my money back .
